Personally I've been at this store twice and each time came out with a great experience! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional, and above all I have gotten the best price in the metroplex each time.

I want to this store and purchased two mattresses from James. The delivery came without bed frames so I called back and spoke with Devin who told me that James is no longer there. He never offered to have the delivery guys deliver the frames, instead he was willing to charge me for additional frames. I will not be back at the store to if Devin is still working there!

I am so glad I stopped in to Mattress Firm today. Jeffrey Cornell was so knowledgeable about the matress and gave me the best insite. I am so grateful for his excellent and outstanding assistance. I walked out knowing that I was given the best customer service ever. Great job Jeffrey.
