Had a great experience with these guys. They are very helpful. Very happy to talk about various features, parts, riding styles. Had them build me two bikes. Didn't like the first but loved the second. There was no pressure to buy either but picked up a GT Grade Alloy X. The bike is amazing. Would not have even looked at it at first but after speaking with them and had them understand what type of riding I do, they recommended the GT. Overall they are now my new go to bike shop. Could not have been happier with the experience. Thank you Cannondale Sports!!!

Great service - an awesome shop all around. This is the best bike service I've received in the area, by far. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. And a happy place to go!

I was in town for the Boston Marathon and I was just walking along Massachusetts Ave from Central to Harvard when I noticed the gleaming Cannondale store. I went inside and went up to the second floor. Wow! What did I see? A Cannondale Slice RS in my size! A few minutes later I was the proud owner. I couldn't take it home with me on the plane so we made arrangements to have it shipped home. They threw in a nice bottle and cage combo. A few days after I left they determined one of the tubulars wouldn't hold air so they emailed me and gave me a choice of replacements. Amazing store and great customer service.

Cannot say enough good things about the people at Cannondale Cambridge. Chris, Rob, Eric and the rest of the staff are the most amazing, warmest, most knowledgeable people I've ever met! Plus, the Belgian waffles after Sunday morning ride ROCK!!

Don't get your bike tuned up here. Over the two years Cannondale has been open we've gotten two road bikes tuned up twice (we've also bought gear). The bikes have always been late (more than a week over estimated time) and there is often something wrong that requires you to bring your bike back, and even then it might not be totally fixed. If you care about riding, go somewhere else - like ATA Cycle in Concord which is regularly voted one of the best bike shops in the country. Prices are about the same, too.
