We were looking for bike accessories for our daughter and considering a new bike for my wife. The store had a decent enough collection but the owner was not the friendliest person in the world. We eventually decided to take our business elsewhere. It is much cheaper to buy online and most other brick-and-mortar stores in Arlington, Cambridge and Burlington have as good if not better collections and they come with courteous owners and sales people. I am all for supporting local business but couldn't support this one.

I have been taking my high mileage commuter bike to Quad Cycles for tuneups for years. This past year I worked with Rustem to select a decent road bike for non-commuting riding. Rustem matched me with the perfect bike, and Byron was really great to work with during the fitting. A couple of months after purchasing I got into a weird low impact crash that cracked my carbon frame. The bike company was originally resistant to helping out with any replacement but Rustem was persistent and was able to get me an upgraded frameset at much below cost. After a quick rebuild, I am back on the road. I really appreciated having Qaud as my LBS and it pays to shop local.

Personable owner, knowledgeable. Accomodating. I have not compared prices, but I have used other shops in the area, and this is the one I will be returning to.

Everyone was super helpful but not pushy. They were patient in explaining the different types of bikes, brands, models, and equipment. My new favorite bike shop!

Second time I have been there for a road bike rental. People there are very helpful and they rent very good bicycles, last one was a Scott Addict carbon bike in perfect condition. If you are around Boston, I'm sure Rustem will hep you find what you need.
