Story

At CANTINE we offer an extensive selection of wine and beer sourced from right around the corner, throughout the west and across the pond. We think wine should be approachable and fun – not fussy. And the same goes for craft beer, which can be overwhelming and mysterious to the uninitiated and even to those in the know.

To live well is to eat well and to live well is to drink well. Ideas that we committed to when putting together our menus. Honest food prepared simply and with respect to the ingredients; wines that express the grapes from which they are made and the terroir where they are grown – wine that is nuanced and balanced; beer brewed using hand selected ingredients, specifically picked with certain flavor characteristics in mind and brewed with the end goal of flavorful, quality beer.
