Employees are soo slow every time I go I spend at least 20-40 minutes wait In on my food. I ordered the cinnamon delights one time and it took them 40 minutes for my order. It wasn't even busy.

Each time I have been there (5 times), they have gotten my order wrong. The cannot answer questions about the food and it seems no one has been trained. Also observed very high turnover.

The staff currently working is a great team! They get the orders out in a good time, they work well together and when we go in the atmosphere is nice and calm. We're always greeted in a polite way upon entering and the staff is very nice, and we enjoy when they make conversation thats quite entertaining, while we wait for our food. This is our favorite Taco Bell in Santa Cruz, they're food also tastes a lot better than others! We're glad it's still open, so stop in for some food and see how you like it!

It's Taco Bell but they seem more interested in hiring people with certain characteristics then service. I have spent 5 to 10 minutes watching them talk and deal with their lives then making tacos. Meet after work and talk during a break. This is Fast food not slow food with a side of Jerry Springer.

The food is normal Taco Bell (you either like it or you dont), but what really sets this place apart is its cleanliness. Whoever manages this location is doing an outstanding job. It's neat and tidy and clean. This doesn't sound like a complement but I mean it as one. How many restaurants have you eaten in, let alone fast food restaurants, where things are superficially clean. Things are wiped off, but the table and counters are still oily and sticky. This place is immaculate.
