7 months ago I wrote a scathing review. Since then, the ownership has reached out and they have made some real changes.

Most importantly, the level of service from the staff has dramatically improved. No longer have I had to re-wash or address the staff for obvious things overlooked. The level of service is on par with the membership, GOLD!

Looks like leadership is onsite more frequently to keep things humming along. So if there any problems, you can address it right then and there with someone who is invested in your concerns.

The membership is definitely worth getting! The atmosphere is comfortable inside. They are so quick and efficient, I don't get to stay long enough to enjoy it. But great for longer stays if you are getting your car detailed.

Went to this place for the first time today and got their platinum exterior wash for $20. Thought it was a little pricey for a drive through car wash to begin with. Once I get home, I freak out because these white spots are still on the hood of my car and I was afraid they couldn’t be washed off (having just come from the car wash). So I pull my sleeve over my elbow and press into it to double check that it’s actually paint damage and it can’t be cleaned off. Turns out with a little effort the spots came right out. These were obvious white spots on my hood that starkly contrast with the black paint. There’s no way they could have been missed. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there to pay extra for a half-assed wash job, just so I can come home and actually clean it myself.

Canton Car Wash. How can you be impressed by a car wash? Well come to Canton and find out how. The employees will,   they're always happy, smiles everywhere and they seem to look forward to helping you. Professional, Yes in a car wash, do a great job and if there's a blemish they take care of it with a smile. In and out in half an hour with a clean and shiny car you're proud to drive. They're membership is a great deal. I could go on and on. Just go there you'll see, Just go.

I get my car cleaned here often. They do a great job for the money you spend.  I love this place. My last visit I asked the cashier about a spot remover and she called and  had them remove it. My only complaint is sometimes they rush to much and don't get everything up.

Even though they did a fairly decent job on cleaning my car I still plan on trying other car washes. While I was inside purchasing a membership I left my car in the hands of the employees. When I came back outside I found my car running, parked near the exit, with the door wide open, and no one was standing anywhere near it. The employees of whom I left my car in the hands of just left my car completely unattended. Anyone could have hopped in and driven off. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership.
