I brought in my mom's SUV for a full interior detailing. The car has a beige interior so it was pretty dirty (11 years of kids, dogs, and printer cartridges will do that). I made an appointment, but they ended up being closed that day due to wet roads. However, they still allowed me to come in (much earlier than my appointment) to get my car done the same day. Everyone was very accommodating and they all worked really hard to get the car back to some semblance of cleanliness! Definitely worth the price!

Been a member a long time.  Not sure if I will stay.   When the one in Canton opened I saw it as a easy to use service.  Made my car look like new and it was a friendly environment.  Fast forward to the white Marsh location and the service has fell off badly.  They barely vacuum and wiped my windows with a dirty rag and tore my tint on the inside.  I showed them and it was met with a shrug.  Might just have to go back to the Canton location to get good service

Great car care. Speedy service. But I have experienced some items missing from my car. Nothing of value but still missing.

I stopped here based on the location and decent reviews. Place looks nice, but the wash was sub par. $20 for a single wash, pretty sure I didn't get what I paid for and was ushered through really fast. I was supposed to get a 24 hour rain guarantee or something of the liking and I don't think that was applied. 

I waited 15 minutes for 2 people to dry my car. There was 1 car in from of me, the guy left because the kid took so long to dry his car. After he left the kid threw his towels at the cart and then started drying my already dry car. 

The wash was poor, got out when I got home to check and there were plenty of spots the machines missed, there were plenty of areas the kid drying missed. Overall it was a poor experience and I do not think I will be returning.

Decent car wash with an available unlimited wash membership (paid monthly). This car wash is conveniently located in the newly built Nottingham Commons shopping center, across from Nottingham Square and is about a mile from White Marsh Mall. I subscribe to the exterior only unlimited package which includes a full wash, hand dry, and tire shine. I find the service here is somewhat inconsistent, with my experience varying greatly depending on who is working on my car. Sometimes you'll get someone who takes pride in their job and they'll dry it off perfectly without streaks. Other times, you'll get someone who is trying to get the job done as soon as possible, whether or not the job was done properly. I stopped going to this location in the evening because they never seem to do a proper job after 5pm or so for whatever reason. Overall, this car wash serves its purpose and I look forward to using them in the winter time.
