Other reviewers are correct about this location. I have been here a few times in the past and you ALWAYS have to go over their work. I got the $26 interior & exterior wash. I did not expect it to be perfect, but it most certainly should have been better. They did not do a good job on the inside and I do not believe they use clean rags as the inside of my car smelled kind of bad afterward. I had to put an air freshener in my car when I got home. The dash and other interior parts of my car still looked dusty. They did vacuum the floors, but they missed some spots and by the time they got back into the car to drive it again with their dirty shoes, I had to take the driver side floor mat out gain to dust it off. They should put down paper mats right after they vacuum. Also, be sure to watch out for your antenna. They remove any removable antennas and place them in the back seat of your car. They do not put it back on unless you tell them to. When asked, the non native speakers sort of ignore the customers or laugh. They also only scrubbed the passenger side wheels but I wont complain too much about that, because my rims were pretty dirty, but they did come out in much better shape. There were a few spots I had to wipe down on the rims. Overall, the employees need to be more professional. Employees were talking on their cell phones and half of them either did not speak English, or pretended as if they didn't. The exterior of my car came out better than the interior with the exception of having to wipe it down again in the back to get rid of some dirt that could have came off if they paid more attention to detail when drying. Please do not bother spending your money on the top package, it is certainly not worth it. If the employees were more professional, I would have given them 3 stars. But if you care about your car, you probably should take it elsewhere for a hand wash since they put it through the machine and also used the brush that they used to clean the wheels on parts of the front of the car. I can only hope it was a soft brush...but I did not see any visible damage from it. But I certainly will not bring my new car here. You are better off taking it to a gas station wash and drying and vacuuming yourself.

I've had my car washed here at least 30 or 40 times now. With the exception of 2 experiences I've always receive service that was worth more than the price I paid. Bad service at this location is truly isolated and some of the comments you're going to read about this place are probably exaggerated. I've spent time talking to the workers and I spend time talking to the owners and most problems are 50/50. Customers need to be accountable to inspect their vehicles just like at any other car wash. One person here said that they got into their car and saw that it was dirty and went back... how didn't you notice when you first got in your car? I feel these people are probably just exaggerating or lying. Up until recently this was the most service at the lowest price car wash you would find in the entire state of Maryland. The price is still very reasonable even though it has changed in the last couple of months.

Good car cleaning, 1 star away from 5 due to it not being 100 % by hand. Yet they did a excellent job getting all the snow salt off my car. Plus, the business is close to 695, off a major street (rt40). Above all they have a few must needed accessories on sale in their mini store while you wait. There isn't much seating, but they move things along pretty fast and their pricing is reasonable for a complete inside and outside cleaning.

I paid for the elite wash and when my car out of the car wash machine and the workers started drying and cleaning the tires on my car. The workers only dried and cleaned the tires just on the drivers side! (That's the side where I was watching them from.) In the Elite wash it says they will clean and shine the tires. The whole passager side was still wet and the tires wont cleaned or shined! I got ripped off! Never coming back here again. I'll just wash my car myself from now on! Half ass job! Best Wash my ass! They should be called Half Ass Wash! Hahaha if I could I'll gave this place zero stars! Never again!

I don't recommend to go there.they are such a devilish .It was horrible experience. I went on  (09/04/2016) And paid for super car wash & they scratched my car body ,colour out from my car. Then they left nasty smell inside the car. I will never go again.Need to go to body shop to have Repaire .I'm feeling really bad for my new car. So I'm requesting for everybody, don't wast your time, money & don't destroy your car at this place. Just don't go here if you value your car. I'm feeling terrible.
