I highly recommend Capital Cleaning. So far they have cleaned my carpet, couch upholstery, tile, grout, and our entire house. We have them scheduled for weekly house cleanings and after 5 weeks, I can tell you their quality is second to none. They are always on time and go the extra mile. We paid another local company to clean or tile floors and grout and they did a terrible job. Dan from Capital Cleaning came in and gave us a bid at half the cost of their competitor so we hired them. Needless to say, their work was far better and at a better price! Thank you Capital Cleaning for running a top shelf company that my wife and I will use for years to come.

We needed our Dryer Vent cleaned. Capital Cleaning showed up ON TIME and preformed the work quickly. They showed us how much lint and other material was clogging the vent hose. We ran the dryer after the cleaning and could see 'significant' improvement in amount of exhaust air coming out!! Dryer runs better and clothes are dried faster with less energy spent. If you want to 'save' our resources, this is the easiest way to do it. if everyone 'cleaned their dryer vent, just think of the savings!! WOW. THANKS CAPITAL CLEANING.

My experience with capital cleaning has been a nightmare. My basement flooded and they have been out multiple times since last Monday (over a week already) and they still have not been able to figure out how to tackle their job. What upset me the most with this company is that, Will one of their techs, texted me to schedule and after I told him I wasn’t able to make it home when he wanted to be there the next day he never replied and took it upon himself to show up anyways. He called my property management place and asked for a key after I had told capital cleaning multiple times i wanted someone at the house whenever they sent anyone out. I don’t believe I’m asking for to much.

We had a couple of rooms where several pet accidents occurred while we had someone housesitting for us. Dan and his team were quick to respond with an estimate and fit us in for cleaning. They came back at no charge a second time with some enzymatic spray to further eliminate the odor. We are very pleased with the results. FIVE STARS!
