This is an issue that has gone on for over a year, I'm mad.  I took a comforter in a year ago with the big coupon of savings.  Young man told me to bring the coupon in when I picked up the comforter. I did so. They would not honor it when I did the pickup because I needed to give it to the clerk when I dropped off!  Really.  Promised they would make it good on the next drycleaning. Take another in this spring, no credit or note on my account. Surprise! Conversation with Manager, she will give me the discount on the next comforter.  She'll make a note.  Just picked up comforter, no manager, no note, no discount!  DONE

I will NEVER take my dry cleaning to this establishment again!
Over 4 weeks ago, I took a comforter in for dry cleaning expecting that it would be ready in a week. After the week past and NO CALL, I called to see if it was ready for pick up. Then I was informed that OOPS! They forgot to have me sign the liability waiver so I would have to come in again to complete the paperwork and I was assured that my order would be put on priority status and I would receive it in 1 or 2 days more. So, after doing that, another week goes by and I call again. I kept getting excuse after excuse as to why it still wasn't ready for pick up. It is now almost 5 weeks later and still no delivery even as I am writing this review!

The people here are very nice and work hard to give the best service possible and are willing to try hard to fix their mistakes. I had my mothers wool peacoat cleaned that my dog had gotten peanut butter all over and it came back like new.

I took a feather pillow in to Ustick and 5 mile to have it recovered and was quoted one price for recovering the pillow.  I told them I didn't need feathers added that they could use what was there to make a small child's pillow.  When I got it back they had used the old fabric and had cut it in half and charged me nearly double for a "alteration".  Beware!!

I took a black silk tie to be cleaned by Westco. They got most of the spots on it out, but when I took it home and out of the plastic wrapping there were a bunch of new creases on my tie. So basically they took one problem away and then added another. I figure Westco is probably hit or miss with whatever items you bring in, but I thought a tie would be an easy ordeal. Apparently not.
