A bad roof and rain caused some pretty big leaks and damage to my house, and within a few hours of calling my insurance company, Paul Davis showed up to perform water mitigation. They were very thorough and stayed well into the evening to ensure everything was taken care of, and the area was clean and secure.  They explained everything so that I could understand, and were extremely professional and took pride in their work. I followed their instructions, and within two days, things were dry and ready for repair.  I was really impressed with the extreme professionalism and customer service.

Horrible service! Our house flooded and our insurance company sent them out. 2 months into things I had to call my insurance company to see what was going on because nobody had been in contact with me for almost 3 weeks. My insurance company thought the job was done. They finally showed back up and finished their job. Didn't bother cleaning up their garbage or anything. Left Staples in my walls and ceiling from them stapling their plastic up....never use them or recommend them

I am so disappointed with this company. September 27th they came out to work on our bathroom. We had a shower leak and some water damage had taken place. They had commercial fans running in our home for three weeks; instead of removing the tile that needed to be removed anyways they preceded to run the fans with the tile still down knowing that it was not drying any of the flooring. Finally after the drying process we were assigned a project manager for the restoration and replacement. Everything was going smoothly, and then I lost all contact with the project manager. We had picked out all the tile, and trim, and then no communication what so ever. After a week I got a call from another project manager who said he was taking over our bathroom project. I had to go back to the tile stores and show him all the tile and trim we had picked out, he then said he would get back to me with an estimate to submit to our insurance company. Two or more weeks later and he still had not back with me.  I called the main office and talked to a manager who thought the holdup was because I had not made up my mind on the tile selection when in fact I had picked out the tile A MONTH prior. Finally the tile was ordered and installed; the tile guy that was used did the BEST job!!! I would recommend him 100%! We are SO very pleased with his work. Now that the tile has been installed we are at another stand still and no communication. January 27th will be 4 MONTHS into this project which should have been completed in two or three weeks!! For 4 MONTHS we have been without our bathroom. The shower installation guy was suppose to come out last week, however due to an injury it looks like he can’t make it for a few more days. I find it hard to believe that with a big of a company as Paul Davis they only have 1 shower installer in the entire Treasure Valley. I understand that the company has to take care of their contractors first; however we have been GREATLY taken advantage of. I very much regret going with this company and advise anyone who wants to get their project done within a REASONALBE about of time to GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

I recently attended a continuing education class at Paul Davis Restoration that was very informative.  I learned so much about structural drying and the process that they use.  To see their tools of the trade and to learn why they use the brands they use was so helpful in understanding what they do.  It helps me to help my customer and to be able to speak with knowledge when helping them determine what they need to do next if faced with a water claim.
