Simple excellent. I brought in my customized bike for a tuneup, and even though that process usually takes around 1 to 2 days, they finished it that day and I had my bike back. It is riding very well and people in the St. Paul area would do themselves a favor by getting their bikes serviced here. Grant was very helpful, along with the rest of his staff. I also thought the prices were very reasonable for the tuneup and parts needed.

We bought a used bike here for over $200 recently. We took it for one ride this past weekend, and the seat kept falling down despite being tightened, and my wife didn't care for the pedal brakes. We asked if we could return it, and were flatly told no. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but they could use a lesson in customer relationship management.

Alex and Grant at Capital Deals are awesome guys. They spent several hours with me across a couple visits providing a great resource of knowledge and amazing customer service. I felt at ease during the entire process of purchasing and outfitting my new ride. Capital is my go-to source for anything bicycling related. 10/10 would buy again.

5 Star experience. Go. I have been an avid cyclist since the mid 90's. I have never had a better or more personalized bike purchasing experience in my life. Alex fit me on two bikes that have become my favorite bikes of my entire life. Alex worked with me to modify the bike set up to accommodate athletic injuries that were holding me back. He will help you find exactly what you need. The pricing is excellent, especially considering the quality of attention you receive. Maintenance and mechanical work is excellent, fast and well priced compared with other retailers in town. There's also a range of non bicycle related items in the shop.

I came in because they said over the phone that they had a specific Yepp child seat in stock. When I arrived and asked to see it, there was a lot of confusion. After nearly 30 minutes of looking and talking with me and others, they determined that they had confused what I asked for over the phone with a different model. Kind of a waste of time.
