First phone call did seem like they wanted to help me at all do to a persriction I've been on for 20 years yes it is a benzo but that is not the problem in life at the moment it's all the heroine I've been shooting so instead of detoxing me off of heroine and giving me my prescribed medication the want me back in the street

This place has saved my life on more than one occasion. Good docs and staff. Would give 5 stars, but they placed me on the committed floor (on the non-committed side) without my consent twice and that was very difficult as it is all one unit. Staff is actually more attentive on that unit, but some of the other patients are hard to tolerate. Still I would go there again, should the need arise.

if you are a drug addict NEVER GO HERE! these jokes try to treat drugs with drugs. im an ex-heroin addict they gave me benzodiazepines to treat it.(Benzos are just as addicting btw) the treatment requires you to completely drop your life and your job to attend everyday to which as an adult is clearly not an option if you dont want to be homeless. hands down this is the worse place to go for drug recovery ever. instead of talking you through your problems like a proper psychologist, they choose to over medicate. i honestly left this Facility with more problems then i first attended with.

After struggling with my daughter to get her in for her first day. They called me and asked me to come back and get her within 6 minutes of her first day because they did not have enough staff to work with her one on one and she was refusing to go into group counseling. They actually had no idea of how to handle her, she wasn't going for addiction but more for therapy from a recent traumatic experience. They also told me "I would have to pick her up because they could not get her in group counseling therefore it wasn't billable". Disgraceful, this is how they handle a child who is having a difficult time in life, no plan of action, no experience dealing with children with such issues, and lack of trained staff.
