I am so glad that I chose Capital as my first MMA gym! Great instruction and teachers to go along with it. I really appreciate the time that people with more experience spend with me to help me improve my game.

Went to the gym on Saturday to check out the free fitness...that is right FREE fitness class. It totally kicked my butt and I'm feeling it still today. Great workout! Very knowledgeable instructor.

My three children and I have been going to Capital for nearly two years. Chad and Paul, the proprietors of this new location, are good people! The staff is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Should you decide to become a member, you will quickly find that the people here become more like family than training partners! I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!!
