Story

STB Training Center is a unique training center located in Lorton, VA. We offer numerous group classes and personal training session in either Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self- Defense, Strength & Conditioning and Kids Programs. We are strong believers that anybody can accomplish anything as long as you set your mind and heart into it. Our motto at STB is "Get Fit, Get Lean, & Fight Mean".

STB is great place for a beginner like myself.  Having no experience with Muay Thai i didn't know what to expect.  All the trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and create a great atmosphere to learn and improve.  Be prepared to sweat though, they make you work hard.

Seapeanong is the best gym/MMA center I have trained in.  This is the place to go if you are serious about fighting Muay Thai or committing to a gym with a great community. The staff and members are all close knit, while still incredibly friendly and welcoming.  If you're here to stay, you won't be disappointed.

I thoroughly enjoy training here. I've been doing MMA off and on for almost 14 years and the Muay Thai instructors are top notch!

Best Muay Thai in the Northern, VA area. You won't get better Thai traditional Muay Thai training then this. Kru Seum is an amazing trainer and Master Danny is just a phenomenal Muay Thai trainer! You can have fun and lose weight both at the same time. Give this place a try, the staff is just simply awesome!
