CrossFit Lorton offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels. We opened in 2008 making us the most experienced CrossFit in the area. We offer CrossFit, BURN, Personal Training and Olympic Weightlifting Classes. BURN is our HIIT Class that focuses on Cardio and Core without the barbell.
We help the Lorton, Fairfax Station, Buke, Kingstowne, Springfield, Ft. Belvoir and Woodbride areas from our convenient 10,000 sq ft facility right off Telegraph Road. Contact us to set a FREE Intro.

Excellent crossfit gym, Steve is a top notch owner and really cares about the members. The community is very strong with many events throughout the year. In addition to crossfit, there are other programs to cater different members such as Burn and Olympic lifting classes. We've been members for the past 6 years and would recommend Crossfit Lorton to anyone who cares about their health!

My family first joined in early 2009 and have watched CrossFit Lorton grow as a gym, expanding facilities and members (my family has grown up with this gym!). A great crew of coaches and members that are friendly, knowledgeable, and care about the growth of your fitness goals! Their facility is top notch with a designated child care area for busy parents and staffed with a child supervisor, and are very active in participating with local fitness competitions, other gyms, and even offer nutritional education and assistance! CrossFit Lorton offers various alternative fitness programs (aside from the CrossFit workout), offer massage therapy sessions, and cater to members with various physical needs. They do it all, and can help any and everyone!

I have been a member of this crossfit for nearly a year and I absolutely love it. The locations is convenient for me and the class schedule is very accommodating. I love that child care is included during the busy class times, and if it's not a busy time your child can still go in the child area they just won't have direct supervision (however, you can see the child area from the main part of the gym.) The coaches are all very knowledgeable and helpful and will gladly assist you even if they are doing their own workout. For that matter, so will the other members. Steve is great and is always willing to help. He is working hard to make everything even better for everyone!

Great gym with great people. I've been to a couple of gyms in the area and lorton has by far the biggest facility and some of the best athletes in Virginia.

This is really an amazing facility! It offers everything, friends, fun and a great workout! It doesn't just offer CF either, they have bootcamps and other groups that will suit your needs if CF isn't your thing. Also, FREE child care at 9:30 and 5pm with a babysitter! Can't beat that:) Come, and see! Crossfit Lorton will absolutely change your life in many ways.
