I love this branch! Jackie is a phenomenal manager and always is ready to assist when needed. Even though the branch is short staffed, they hold their own!

Just left there after waiting almost an hour to speak to the branch manager concerning a job. She came out of her office with her purse and keys and told me she did not have time to speak with me. Very unprofessional of her!  Also while waiting there was only one teller with a line of people waiting out the door. Could not believe what I was seeing. Upset customers. Not to mention there are no African American faces working at that perticular branch. That says a lot about the pelican state!!!!!

couldn't be more happy with the services they provide. Very professional and helpful. Would recommend them to anybody that is trying to establish credit without all the hassle of other companies policies.
