I do my banking online, but I still need a physical branch to deposit cash and it helps to have a local bank when writing checks, I've found, since some contractors only want local checks.

The staff here is always friendly and the area/bank itself feels safe. They must feel so, because there's no bulletproof glass between you and the teller, unlike at Chase down the street.

The manager let me know about their credit card offer when I was in there one time, and it ended up netting me a bunch of money, since they were matching rewards on other cards at the time. I don't use that card now, but I'm thankful they told me about it.

The drive-through is nice too, because you can see the teller on 2-way video, like a high-quality FaceTime, even if you're in one of the far-away lanes. It really helps in communicating needs if you're needing information or doing something more complicated.

Usual banking experience, tiny parking lot is the issue I have with this location.

This is America. I shouldn't have to press "1" for English. The last time I checked, English is still the primary language in our country.
