From my 3 experiences here: great with teller, sub-par experience with relationship banker (which is usually the case from my experience with retail branches). My most recent experience with Michael however was superb! No survey came through so here's a Google review. Michael's your location's quarterback!

Last time me and 5 people  where waiting to talk to a representative and there was only 2. I  feel like you have to be Asian so you can get attention quickly one lady came inside without signing in and immediately 1 of the guys to CARE OF  her she was Asian and SO   the gentleman was Asian this is the 3 time THIS HAPPEN TO ME .. AND One of the  representative  was talking on the phone she saw that they were  6 people waiting but what she did was just to hang up the phone got up and never told us am sorry or anythin she just walked out because I guess it was her lunch break . This place is horrible . Unless you Asian your are welcome

 The worst customer service , waited over 40 minutes for someone to tell me that they cannot assist me now as it's to close to closing..... During the time it took them to tell me this and to get the supervisor my transaction could have been completed.  Completely unapologetic, I have all my accounts, 3 credit cards , and home mortgage with chase but will be moving them out, when this was stated to the banker she proceeded to ask me if I wanted to cancel it all now.

Everyone has been helpful and courteous. I'm not sure what the other comments are about, I go inside the bank frequently and haven't had anything but excellent service.
