Blake is always such an exceptional human being to come in and chat with.  I’ve been a Capital One customer for about 15 years now first bank account ever and the customer experience has always been superb!  Blake has been instrumental in creating a foundation for comfort and feeling welcome every time i come into the cafe to work, grab coffee with a friend, or simply get out of the apartment.  Natalie from Peet’s is also amazing! I come in frequently enough where she knows my order by heart now and the conversations and catch-ups are always excellent.

Stopped in before work because it looked empty, just a couple of people ahead waiting for coffee. Well of course they are waiting for large orders and the baristas are working at a snails pace. I mean take your time I guess but I should have gone to the Starbucks across the street. There may be a line but they are working faster.

I've never regretted a card more than this. I've paid hundreds in interest alone this month that didn't even go towards my balance. Every time I turn around, it's another $100 interest charge.

Good coffee and chocolate croissant. The place is clean a lot of room. Too bad nobody asked me that I could use my capital one card. I ended paying the full price. I will definitely come back another time

I love love love Capital One. However, the only kiosk near me is at Target. So I have to wait til they open , and I work nights so I do everything at night if possible, but not deposit cash into my 360, and now, the only capital one kiosk at Target, is out of order! This really sux.

I love this place! When my boyfriend and I first discovered it, we were so excited because we bank with them and they offer awesome services and the coffee is just a huge bonus. The quality is top tier and I would much rather go here than Starbucks.

I was not quite certain about using Capital One Cafe even though I've been a customer of your subsidiaries for about 30 years now. Tiffany greeted me right away and walked me through the process of my banking needs and stayed with me the entire time to make sure the transaction was a success. She went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion and should be commended for her five star customer service.

I came into the cafe to resolve a card that I was locked out of while traveling.  Katey provided exemplary customer service being the conduit between myself and Capital One's fraud prevention to reinstate the card the very same day.  She is definitely the go-to person for any new account openings and Capital One related issues.  Thank you Capital one for employing Katey!
