My daughter had gone on a trip with her school.. Two weeks later we couldn't find her color guard shoes.. Needless to day my daughter was in tears.. When I called capital Trailways in Madison AL I got Larry.. He was Understanding to say the less. Not only did he take the time to ask his cleaner's if they had seen any shoe's,he also tracked down the bus number and found out it was a Montgomery bus. Mr. Larry could have stop there and not help us ,but he didn't.. He took are info and was trying to figure out where my daughters shoes were.. Then I get a call from my daughter saying that she found them ..Was happy she had then back..When I called back to let mr.Larry we found then .He and his staff were not mad just happy we had them... Madison capital Trailways are great caring ppl..I hope that they continue to be part of grissom color guard and band trips..

We had an extremely difficult time with customer service and professionalism with our driver and management.  I was yelled at by the manager on the phone the day of our trip and the driver was not pleasant to our children or chaperons. The TV and DVD player didn't work consistently. The driver kept messing with her phone while driving.
