Erik at Capitol computers was really a breath of fresh air. He worked diligently to find out what was happening with my computer. Even though I ended up having to buy a new lap top, I felt confident that I was making the right decision because Erik was extremely informative and honest and in such a timely manner - no one wants to be without their computer these days! I highly recommend Capitol Computer - the other staff that I met were friendly and professional and their rates were more than fair.

This is not your typical Santa Fe business. They are professional, organized, careful, and really care about customer service. Erik installed a new hard drive on my iMac. I took it home and it had major issues. I took it back and he removed it and installed another one, no questions asked, with a guarantee that there would be no charge if it didn't work. It now works perfectly; it was a defective hard drive. They are truly "The Best of Santa Fe"!

I not only had a fairly complicated task I needed help with, but I was under some time pressure as well. The staff at Capitol Computer was immediately responsive. They actually made a house call at my home office to see my equipment "in situ" and they were able to take my desktop into the shop, replace a significant piece of internal hardware and get me back up and running within two days. Their technicians are excellent and customer service was everything one hopes for. Many kudos deserved. I'm thrilled to find this service in Santa Fe.

Brought in a computer with a problem that turned out to be a motherboard. They gave me multiple options and I decided on a new computer. Did a great job of moving all files and the. I went in for a "tube up" which was handled super quickly and professionally. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Best experience ever.
