Chad is terrific. He was very helpful, smart, and great at navigating a complicated phone transfer, while dealing with others at the same time. I really appreciated his humor and patience and eventual success with my new phone. I highly recommend this store for excellent service and great tech products.

Anthony was conscientious and worked tirelessly to resolve my issues with an Outlook 2010 calendar that did not want to work with my new Samsung S7. He did not give up and in the end he made it work! Anthony went above and beyond as a problem solver with patience and respect for me, the customer. He is an exemplary representative of the company. I truly appreciate his outstanding service.

Isaac actually did what they said on the chat. Amazing. Most of the time most Verizon stores do what they want. Such as I wanted a I phone and the rep at another store said well u have a Droid why change. She never listened to me Issac was completely amazing. Very detail oriented. Explained everything. Made sure I instood the information. That was a first for a Verizon store experience. He is now my go to person Market station store in Santa Fe. Thanks Issac.
