Long lines ordered screen protector they said they ship it to my house never came.Then I was told would Arrive at store after driving over there to check on order because they don't answer the phone.(I bet anyone reading this if you call no matter time of day no answer guaranteed why even list a number)Was not in store after guy asked every one so then I settled for one in store just so I don't have to drive back. Really nice and polite people just disorganized and don't answer the phone. I blame corporate and management.

I switch to sprint, the service sucks. It took then 3 hours because there where no managers in the store. My phone dosnt get vary good service anywhere. My number is on all kinds of telemarketer list. Don't switch, sprint won't deliver.

The lines can be long but I've always had great customer service once it's my turn..

Very nice, helpful staff. My current phone's battery won't hold a charge, and they ordered me a new one with no hassle or fuss. I've had less-than-positive experiences at other Sprint stores, but I've always received courteous and helpful service at this location.

Horrible walked in twice to set up service once and to get a new phone another time both times literally not even a greeting from anyone. The store wasn't even that busy ! Waited for 30 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged much less service... I will go all the way to Albuquerque because this service is horrrible.
