You used to be able to get knowledgeable help locating items and answering questions. That has slowly disappeared over time and now you walk around lost! When you find someone who isn't hiding they usually aren't much help. Turnover is high and the good people are gone.

Had a most unexpected experience a few weeks ago, Home Depot had bagged mulch on sale and I needed 12 bags, I found a low cart and was walking in the direction of the mulch and an employee approached me and asked if I needed help? I told him I didn’t need too much help getting the bags of mulch on the cart, my issue was getting them in the back of my ¾ ton pickup, no problem I will help you load it. We bought the mulch and he pushed the cart to our truck and loaded the bags into the truck. Thanks for going the extra mile!!!

Well organized store. The online inventory was perfect. I knew excatly what to expect. I drive extra miles to go to Home Depot in Santa Fe.

Service desk associate information none.. ignored myself and 8 other people in line.. was laughing on her personal cell.. saying she works too hard n need her break... The young girl at the Pro desk was amazing.. helpful polite and made my self and others feel at ease after dealing with a rude service desk associate...

Called for a measurement for my front and back yard for turf installation, charged me over the phone and they never got back to me abd weeks later when i called them asking about everything all of the sudden our order or anything is not even in the system but they charged me haha hell with this place and when you call they'll transfer you to 30 different people, what a joke no one does their job right!
