Great! There is a full bar with good bartenders. The food was really good. The portions were large and the entrees were enjoyable. Our server, Lucky, took good care of us and was entertaining. The show was fun. We laughed all night. VIP tickets got us right in front of the stage and early seating but meant we were there for 2 hours before the show. It wasn’t necessarily a bad thing as they kept our drinks full the whole time however, if you prefer less time between dinner and the show I recommend arriving at 7. We will go back again.
I enjoyed the feel of an old gangster new years party. Between our VIP bartender and our waiter "Lucky" the service was great. They gave us hats and Souvenir shot glasses that usually cost $2 each. They are no longer a buffet and you do have options to choose from for your dinner. Depending on the crowd you may also have seconds if available. The weight staff was more than willing to take our pictures with our cell phones. We even had an opportunity to interact with the cast and the owner. Although some people at the table did not receive their food hot still worth the experience. Vegetarian options: Is vegetarian lasagna and salad Kid-friendliness: They had booster seats baby seats and a chicken nugget meal for young ones that aren't into a full Italian meal Parking: Most of the parking spots were extra wide to accommodate vans and big parties. Wheelchair accessibility: Will chair accessible from 3 sides on the front of the building and a lot of seating is on the 1st floor accommodating a wheelchair
Overall this was amazing! The bathrooms could use some repair, but the people, and show were amazing. The food I would give 4 stars mainly because I have a dairy allergy which limits me. And if you have a gluten allergy you are limited to just the salad. But the bottomless drinks and the people alone make it 5 stars! It was a great night to share with family!
The show was good. The food ok. I liked it better when they had the buffet. The bathrooms were a joke. Both had only one working. In the ladies, the onlt working one was leaking from the bottom of the tank. You had to be careful how you sat on it. The servers were great, the actors also great.
OMG! It was amazing!!! The show was good and funny. The drinks unlimited and the food was OK. The staff was awesome, especially our server Lucky!! The people we sat next to were friendly, conversations were good. Truly enjoyed it! Features: We had our masks. The performers wore theirs as well
I went with my family as VIP. The staff were in character from start to finish. Very FUN! The place was very CLEAN! The drink were definitely on point and our waiter kept them flowing. The food was delicious. We didn’t really care for the dessert. Overall the experience was good I wish I could say GREAT. I want to say the show was GOOD but the distraction from other guests as far as the crying babies/kids and the guest talking throughout the show. I just suggest before the show actually begins the staff can do some audience control like the movies or other dinner shows make an announcement for the guests to be courtesy to other guest and be quiet at least during the show. Me and my family really enjoyed ourselves for the most and I would recommend to others. It was worth the price
There was a disconnect in arrival times that caused a issue on the day of our visit whitch was my birthday. The conflicting email and text were confusing to others as well. We had to arrive by 5:15 p.m. and the show started at 8 p.m. I hope they get this fixed. In addition, the first drink order upstairs is confusing and annoying because you're told on the website **"All-you-can-drink alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages - over 15 selections"** I was charged for a drink because it wasn't a mixed drink even the alcohol were in the 15 mixed drinks. Although I tell the the bartender I'm the d.d. he brought me the same drink after realizing his error. I couldn't drink it. I would've needed to stay there over 6 hours to be able to drive The show was very enjoyable and entertaining. The staff stay in character and you feel the fun they all have working together. Singing, dancing and humorous jokes including the audience was a laugh to experience. The huge tip we left was worth every dollar for this experience even if they messed up a little.
We have been here several times on various trips to Orlando. It’s always been fun, especially since the performers loosely follow the script and allow themselves to have fun with it and make fun of themselves and the audience alike. This is the first time we have gone with the table-service format as opposed to the buffet they used to have and the food was good. I would have appreciated an Alfredo option though as I did want Italian. I went with the Mama’s Trio and it was good. The wine was good and came with the meal. I am deducting two stars mainly because of the men’s bathroom. See photos, all of the urinals were out of order, one stall was out of order and the brackets literally tore a hole in the wall. Come on guys, this is a big restaurant and you have three toilets out of commission with people drinking a lot of liquids? Now, certainly, these issues could not have all happened on the same day and I just happened to see them on the day I visited. Perhaps they were, but I doubt it. Clean, working, bathrooms are something that people expect today, especially in a pandemic. I mean, come on. Really?
Dinner theater was cool! The actresses, actors and dancer got real talent. Food was not the best but the desert cake was good. Unlimited drinks including non-alcoholic. You pay one price for everything. The wait staff are very busy and attentive! Loved our mugshot photo lol.
Great dinner, staff was excellent, service was great. Show was funny and entertaining, the souvenirs at the end are truly a keepsake. A little close spacing in the seating then was expected for VIP tickets. All in all super show don’t miss this one. Thank you.
