Actually 2.5 ⭐️stars for a middle of the road 'C' grade. 

Came at 1220 for a quickie lunch and try their hot and ready $5 lunch combo available from 11-200. Well it wasn't hot and ready and had to wait for what the lady said would be 3 minutes. Sure enough it was delivered/made in time. Pizza was nice & hot. No issues. Thankfully the lady up front wasn't in the back making pizzas. She needed to cut her nails, wash her hands, and wear a hair net!

They refuse to answer the phone for call ins. When I finally get through and place my order, they still didn't start making the food until I arrived. I plan ahead so I can get in and out. I've been waiting almost 15 minutes for an order I made 30 minutes ago. So much for hot and ready.

Pulled up at the drive through around 9:30pm, ordered and paid for my pizza, was told it would be about a 10 minute wait. 30 minutes later no pizza, still waiting in the drive through, and the employees had actually forgotten I was there and had locked the doors and were closing the store. Had to go around front, bang on the door, only for the girl to tell me she doesn't remember taking my order and didn't know I was sitting in the drive through waiting. Showed her my receipt, she was rude, I asked for a refund. AWFUL service! Not to mention before I asked for a refund she had started getting the dough and other ingredients out of the refrigerator to start making my pizza and I had not seen her wash her hands even though beforehand she was cleaning the place up. Disgusting.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE! Only convince is the PRICE nothing is ever hot and ready and they take forever and sometimes don't even give you what you ordered and waited on.
