What a great evening of dining by ourselves. With a few candles, it might have been romantic. However, we did miss the catsup tonight, they were out so Mr. Heinz couldn't join us in the empty dining area. Maybe everyone else ate early. It was almost 6:30 pm.Food: 4/5

I have not been there in a long time. It was expensive for a two-piece fish and chicken dinner. 2 fish, two chicken strips, hushpuppies, coleslaw, added five fried shrimp—almost 20 dollars. I tried the new spicy batter, but it tasted regular. The coleslaw did not taste good as it used to. I was somewhat disappointed.Food: 3/5

Food was delicious, and gotten out to us very quickly. Young lady who took our order was very nice. Table and both seats clean. Bathroom clean and stocked.Food: 5/5

If you haven't visited this Captain D's location lately, you need to. I visited today, November 24, 2019. I was highly impressed with the service of this store. The crew on duty was super friendly and was all about customer service. This says a lot for the store manager and his staff.  The food was delicious and the store was clean. You all are doing a Great Job!  Keep up the good work!

The chicken appeared to be chicken tenders from a bag bought at walmart and they weren't good. The fish was different. The shrimp was good.

It was delicious! We ordered salmon on the left and seafood deluxe on the right  this place is total pleasure. Quick service and we was starving after the whole day ride good food and so cheap. I wish we have such place in Chicago. I totally recommend it.

7-18-2022- me and my son haven't eaten here in a very long time so we decided to get something that was fairly quick. I ordered a meal with shrimp, fish, macaroni and cheese and my boy got him basically the same meal. The food was excellent and didn't seem that like it had been sitting. The survice was great. We enjoyed the meal. Well done.  Giving a five-star rating

Good place to grab chicken and fish for the family!  2021-03-04. Giant fish sandwiches and the hush puppies were excellent!

The customer service was lovely and the lady even offered her opinion on the mac and cheese. It was delicious.Food: 5/5

Captain D'S claims to give a 25% discount to veterans but this is mostly a lie...I showed them my ID twice and got 10% off...lol...they don't ask if you're veteran or senior....problem probably with the local owner and not the people that work there...I got fish once that was about 1/2 inch wide...a little bigger than a pencil...they could do a lot better....also, most veterans do not have a military ID after they have been out of the military a few years...
