First off, I was lied to from the beginning. Donald told me that I was approved for a car and needed only $500 down. I bought all my paperwork to the dealer and was handed off to Jonathan. This salesman seemed like a inexperienced rookie just eagerly waiting to make his first sales for the month. He gave me false confidence that they would help me with getting financed and kept reassuring me that this dealership performed miracles for those with challenging credit. I kept telling him that I needed to leave after an hour and a half to pick up my mom from work. He obviously was deaf to my voice and all he could see was a person he needed to take advantage of to make a sale. This is what I hate about young salesman. I have been nothing but cooperative and honest about my situation and was still being lied too. Sadly, they are no different than any other charlatan out there. At least, when I worked with a Kia dealership in San Diego, they didn’t hold me hostage at the dealership while they probe my family tree to see if I could have a willing member co-sign for me. I told Jonathan and the financing guy Ahmed several times I didn’t have one but they hassled me to call everyone I knew and ask them to allow this dealership to run a hard inquiry on their credit. I was honest in telling them that all my family members credit scores. Still, Ahmed insisted on running their credit anyways and Jonathan assured me that the credit score is almost 50 points higher on their credit check than what we see online. That’s completely false. My credit score was only 2 point higher with the dealership running it verses credit karma. Now my spouse, myself and my co-signer all have hard inquires on our credit. Plus, they asked to put down more for down payment but I only brought the amount that Donald told me I needed to take a car home.  I’m very disappointed that I was strung along by their sales team and then their finance guy gave me false information about the credit run. I told them nothing but the truth and they still thought they were smarter. If they’d just listen and have some respect for people, this would not have been such a bad experience for us. I was late to pick up my mother because Ahmed kept running his mouth telling me something I already knew. I tried to hurry him up and he seemed to be bother by that. Jonathan knew I had to leave at 1pm but this kid ran off and avoided my follow up call after I left the dealership. Car Pro is just another charlatan dealership with employees who don’t have any decency for humanity. Sucks that I wasted half of a beautiful day at this hell. I’ll never come back.

Eric E. is a natural at customer. I came in due to an unplanned engine light coming on in the vehicle. I was able to drive up and immediately helped. Eric delivered well within the allotted estimated wait time.  I was in and out. I was also able to have some other things taken care of while there. Great experience. Keep hiring people like Eric. The customer service and a reliable vehicle provides a 5 star from me.

Jonathon was a great salesperson. Approachable and easy to talk to. We test drove some cars and he made the visit very welcoming. After doing the dealership dance, we agreed on a price with another manager/salesperson but that deal fell through at the very end. I was not satisfied with what happened so I reached out to the managers and Bob came through in the end. Bob assured me that our deal was still good and Donald delivered a new clean car for my family to enjoy.

My experience was great this was my first time purchasing a car at a dealership, I thought it would be a hassle instead it was "a place to help dreams come true" is the best way for me to describe it. The staff was so pleasant and caring, also very attentive from my dealer all the way to finance. I was well taken cared of. I would suggest anyone that needs a car to go to Car Pros Kia in Carson it's the best place to be. They may not know you however you get treated like family, and they work with you to help that dream of owning your own car come a reality. I personally would like to thank the staff of Car Pros Kia in Carson for making my dream come true.

Great and friendly place the staff always checking on you and try help you to leave their facility with a brand new car. Jessica,Christine, Alabama and Moe are SUPER DUPER TERRIFIC AWESOME STAFF MEMBERS. Kia I will say this I will be forever your customer just keep up with the great customer service you provided for me.
