Had a great and smooth buying experience thanks to Jim Park. He not only answered my emails in a very timely manner with all the information I requested but he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.  Jim was patient, not pushy and knowledgeable. Sam from Finance was great too,  making the transaction easy and stress free! I recommend this dealership and specially these two people!

Easy and no pressure buying experience. Louis was a great salesman, helped me choose just what I wanted. Dianne was a help before I ever got to the dealership with responding to my email inquiries. Sam in Financing made the last step a breeze. Am grateful for the assistance of the team who  worked with me.

After going in for the airbag recall service, the car came out with dash cam unplugged and twisted, interior with fried chicken crumbs, grease on the passenger seat, long and multiple scrapes on windshield, and chips on radio display plastic. I'm not including the dirty grease marks on door steps because they should be unavoidable. I am not even sure if they did the work and properly. Sales side, one sales associate claim me as a Chinese despite my clarification that I am not. Where's the rest of the piece of fried chicken, hidden and growing moldy?

Great service!! Carlos helped out a lot! First time buyer and came out with a brand new Toyota Camry! Thanks to him I recommend him if you trying to go look for a car.

First time purchasing car from here, at first everything was easy, with no problems.  Seems once you "sign" customer service and priorities to the customer are no longer given.  Do not recommend shopping here!  Your just a "number" to them!
