Juan, who helped me out and got me sorted with a used car from this dealership was great! They fixed up and detailed the car, however, they did not align or rotate the tires for me which I found out later when I was driving the car on the freeway. I understand it's a used car, so I am not too upset about that, I just wish this issue would have been actually tested or that they had a policy to rotate and align all the tires on their used vehicles. Overall, the people were incredible friendly and helpful, but the wait for processing paperwork and payment was a bit much as well. I would recommend purchasing from dealership!

Erwin Mauricio was an excellent service advisor explained in full detail exactly what they were gonna do to my car and gave me approx time when it would be ready, luckily replacing my ac condenser my warranty still covered it. Jessie drove me home and it was a pleasure getting to talk to him. Not once did he make the drive home awkward he has great interpersonal skills.

Service was amazing! The service department was so accommodating and they finished my service faster than I expected, even though I arrived with no appointment mid-afternoon.  The waiting room was comfortable and the coffee was much better than the usual service department brew.  The service to my car was thorough and reasonably priced.  5 stars for Honda!

This is the 2nd time I’ve came to Carson dealer to get a car. My first experience was great so it’s why I came for my second time. My second experience was also great! Went in and came right out with the car I wanted. The person who helped me- name was Blake. He made everything easy and fast, and also through our process of getting a car, he was entertaining. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I’ll be back when my lease is over :)

Great service performed on my Honda Accord. They provided an accurate estimate for a standard service and took care of a recall at the same time. The car was completed way before the estimated repair time so that's a bonus. The quality of their work is great and that is why I'm a repeat customer for their service department. The communication is wonderful as they call for completion of work and if there are any recommendations/changes to the service. Love their service department.
