The children’s book classic, The Bear That Wasn’t, is written by Frank Tashlin. In this story, a bear decides to hibernate for the winter, but when he wakes up, he notices that a factory has been built around his cave and he is in the middle of it. In his many attempts to escape the factory, he insists to the factory employers, managers, and higher ups that he does not belong inside of the factory and that he is a bear. But every time he comes into contact with a person from the factory, they tell him that he is just a silly man who needs a shave and wears a fur coat. He obviously knows that he is a bear, but because he is told otherwise, he begins to believe the people from the factory. The factory people take the bear to the circus and the zoo to see what “real” bears are and to prove to the bear that he is, in fact, a silly man who needs a shave and wears a fur coat because if he were a bear, he would be like the bears in the circus or the zoo. This tale chronicles the bear’s attempts to try and escape from the factory while trying to support his identity as a bear. 

71 years old and the silly man wearing a fur coat is nevertheless me. The 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser is my third near-perfect Chrysler product. Previously I owned a 1993 Plymouth Voyager 3-Speed automatic a blast to drive, maintain, mix-match Chrysler Town & Country-Dodge Caravan parts, seven-passenger seating with driver airbag only. Great memories, just as my 1996 Chrysler LHS was including dual airbags, and Infinity II stereo systems built by Mitsubishi. Innovation standard!

Above & Beyond standards at the North Scottsdale road location. As a Greulich patron, I experienced a rare mix of quality solutions for my transportation obstacle without additional charges. I'm thankful for my encounter. Results.

Brought my car in for an oil change...already knew I had a couple other issues but wanted to see how they handle it...they found those issues and an additional major issue...some of which required ripping the engine compartment apart...gave them the benefit of the doubt and forked out the money...car never had but now has a lose a/c belt...should be no big deal right?...took it back to give them an opportunity to make it right and just tighten the belt...I'm thinking free of charge since I just spent $1200 there and my car is now doing something it has never done in its entire life and only started the day I got it back from this establishment...when I asked if he was going to charge me, he mumbled "we have to take a look and see what's going on." I took my keys back and left.

This experience has left me feeling that they not only will try to get away with adding additional unnecessary work, they will leave your car with something that will cause you to bring it back in order to get more money out of you.

Do yourself a favor and either get another quote to compare...or better yet...just go somewhere else!
