I visited today and thought the quality and price were great! For $20, I got a thorough exterior wash, some extra bells and whistles, and then about four employees cleaning the interior of my car for a good twenty minutes. And they were thorough - everything from the cup holders to the edge of the hatch got a wipe down. I'm thrilled and my car resembles being new again.

I went to Car Spa and gave them the ultimate challenge. My Jeep was in desperate need of a detail. I have a dog that gets carsick sometimes on our weekly trips to the lake. I try my best to clean the car, it just needed help. I gave them my trashed car and got back a car that looked like new. I was very happy with the service and the price. They were helpful, reasonable and thorough. I definitely recommend!

One common thing we have seen a lot in businesses is the age of the employees. Certain businesses tend to hire young people so they can pay less, nonethless, the service your customers will get it will be less than expected as well. I have nothing against young employees, as long as the business's manager provide some sort of a basic customer service training and customer satisfaction job description to be met; since most of the times they don't have much experience. This is the 2nd time it happened to me, when the service I paid for it's not what I got - I've been a loyal customer since I moved to McKinney, beginning of 2017; and I assure it will be the last. You need to do more training and make sure the service your clients pay for, it is exactly the one they get. Especially when customers like me, pay way more than just a simple car wash and vacuuming - which I can do that myself at home, and that is the only two things I got.

My truck still had bugs on it and the wheel shine was only on half the tires and looked like someone spit on it. I was able to wipe off the bugs with a wet cloth. Why couldn't the car wash get them off?

Really nice car wash, even if you buy the basic monthly pakage for $20 it cant be beat!
