Honest and integrity has been my experience with Waterfalls Car Wash in Allen.    Not to mention they also helped me identify a problem that was covered under my vehicles warranty which would have gone unnoticed by me until it was likely too late.   They recommend I go to the dealership and the vehicle fixed.   Nothing in it for them but doing the right thing.  Thank you Waterfalls oil and lube!

Good, secure, reliable car wash. Friendly staff. Decent prices.

Sometimes you have to make sure they get all "bugs" and tough road grime off of vehicle. If you are not pleased, make sure to let the supervisor know and they WILL make it right.

What amazes me is the level of quality and attention every car gets at waterfalls , everyone will go by the cars to check on the detail work is done to meet the expectations .

I get everything serviced for all my 3 vehicles - from detail washes (hand wash) to inspections and oil changes ...... extremely pleased with everything every time.

Ask about their loyalty program, why not a free wash every now and then.

Always enjoy getting my car serviced here, they give excellent personal service and seem to really care about the people, not just getting the job done. Just finished getting a new alternator & radiator, working with Shvan, and he was awesome!!! Very helpful and did a great job!
