The only reason I tired them in full service was because I had a gift card. Spent $45 on the"super clean" it was so far from it. I told them I was on a long road trip and needed a thorough clean. The exterior wasn't wiped down properly there was still dust and sand, even my windshield had some spray/water stains. On the interior he made a small effort to wipe where he thought I could see but nothing was entirely wiped leaving dusted areas and some areas were sprayer but not wiped. He didn't do anything at the back 2 rows of my mini van and so I sent him back to take care of the cup holders, there was a spill just above one of the cup holders but he didn't notice that and didn't clean it. The chairs were not vacuumed so there was still sand on them. The carpets were wet as if cleaned but full of hair when I pulled them out to dry when i got home. Basically I had to redo it all on my own. Luckily I had a gift card but I'm still upset that I would have paid this kind of money for no return.

Full service is well priced and well done. The auto dry leaves some water but good wash

I tried to give them multiple opportunities. That's over. Tire shine is spotty and doesn't cover the tire completely, windshield  is ALWAYS streaky and cloudy after they "clean" it, for The Works package, they are supposed to add a protectant to the interior and it was so spotty! So many places weren't covered at all and my console wasn't even wiped down. Exterior was still dirty and door jams were not wiped out. Dog hair still in all the floor mats. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Awful!! This is the worst car wash ever! They used to be good....not anymore!! Today I took my car and had it washed soap was running all down the back when it was done. I asked to go through again and the same issue. My car is dirty still… Only because of the soap. I will not be back as this has already happened to me a few times.

Awesome place to get your car washed. Very friendly service and they make sure your car leaves clean. The managers are great and out there workimg as hard if not harder then their employees. Ask for Daphne if you want the best service possible.
