STAY FAR AWAY! My car was out of alignment, it was pulling to the right so I brought it in to be aligned. I was told I needed about $1100 worth of repairs which I did not want to do. They told me an alignment had been done, it was ready to be picked up, but I needed to do the repairs to "get it to 100%". I'm not well versed on cars and I understood I needed to do repairs but since I was told an alignment had been done I assumed my car was now in alignment, silly me. They gave me a printout showing a bunch of green with a few red spots. They said I needed to do the repairs to get everything green but that my car should be aligned and shouldn't be pulling. My car still pulls to the right just as it did before I brought it to them (so what did I pay $50 for?). Since an alignment had not been achieved I called back to get a refund, I spoke with the tech, the manager, and the GM. All stated that my car had been aligned while also contradicting themselves by saying that I had to do the repairs to get my car to be aligned (huh?). If repairs needed to be done to achieve an alignment, and the repairs were not done, then an alignment cannot have been done so I should not be charged. I feel like that's very basic common logic. The GM made sure to tell me that I "was cheap" for not doing the repairs (it's a 13 yr old car with other issues - time to buy a new one). They were happy to take my money for an alignment even though my car is still out of alignment. STAY AWAY from these guys, they're happy to just take your money, tell you you're SOL and send you on your way.

Great great place. Upfront with things I already knew I needed and what I could push off. They were quick. No up selling on non sense things. The staff is great. The customer service is great

Love this car wash. The sitting area is huge and comfortable with TV and a Jamba Juice! Also, best pricing around.

C'mon guys!...did you really just try to pull the dirty transmission fluid scam on me? The truck has 25k miles and you show me some dark brown fluid from a tube and try to convince me it's normal to replace every 25k miles (...only $89). Get lost! I tested it when I got home and it's clear pink, as it should be. Per the GM owner's manual, regular maintenance for trans fluid under normal wear is recommended at 98k miles; 45k for severe wear. I'll give you two stars because you were quick with my state inspection, though.

My car received a great wash, they’ve established an efficient process, it was a clean facility, the kind staff was helpful and there was a gift shop as well as great snacks and drinks available for purchase while you wait.
