thank god there is an apple store in the mall.  these people are uneducated self-taught (apple for dummies) hackers.  don't walk but run from mac cafe.

Thank you Mac-Cafe.  I came into the shop with a keyboard that had two broken keys/covers.  Your staff could have easily sold me a new cordless keyboard.  Instead, they took care of the problem and sent me on my way.  Thank you for the excellent customer service!
