Story

We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

Salesman was very nice and helpful. However, this is where the good review ends. I was called today and told they had over stocked the truck and couldn't make my delivery, so she scheduled me for Wednesday, a day which they don't even deliver. I called and spoke to a manager Alex, who didn't even offer a solution other than sorry about your luck. So now i will not be able to get my delivery until 7 days later. This place after it sells you something does not care about anything. I love how they advertise they will do anything for the customer. First and last time doing business here.

Credit approved quickly. Got what I needed (had to replace my dryer..old one started smoking!!) Don't like the use it or lose it policy ( if you are approved for 5000 but only use 600 in that trip you can't come back later and use the remaining 4400, you have to use it all in the same trip) But otherwise I am happy with the purchase and delivery.

BEWARE!! I would NOT purchase anything from Conn's! If anything goes wrong and you need to return...You will be literally charged a 15% restocking fee. Now I'm fighting for them to honor their own policy. I purchased a LG SJ9 soundbar and returned it within 2 weeks due to a malfunctioning product (volume going in and out). Anywhere else, I could have returned for a full refund. I did not use their financing nor did I purchase their replacement product program. I should of looked up the return policy rather than rely on the salesmans word. Don't make the same mistake as I did! Also it is very difficult to reach their customer service department. The customer service number they publish only gives options for payment on a automated system or speak to a representative to make a payment. I was directed to call the same number and press 1 (for English) then 2 to speak to representative, yet it's a collections representative. It took 3 tries to even reach someone to address my issue of being charged the restocking fee, which to me implies they will put the defective product back on the floor to sell again.

Nice people, Javier was great. Have been looking for a couch set for a long time. Exhausted all other furniture stores in town, ended up in Conn's to look. We found a great deal on washer and dryer . Didn't go for financing so no help there, also didn't buy extended warranty. I have no gripes. Delivery guys were pros. Pretty painless all together. I would shop there again.

I've made three separate purchases from Conns and always been pleased with the service, the quickness and the friendliness of the employees at the store on academy. This last visit the manager TreyVon went above and beyond his duties and delivered our purchase himself. We will definitely keep purchasing at this location.
