Over the course of the last few weeks I have had exceptional service and support from this store and it's employees on a custom fiberglass sub installation, new head unit and alarm system.  From my first interaction with Isaac in sales, Doug the installer and Joe the store manager, everyone has done all they could to make sure my installation was handled professionally.  Thanks to everyone there for an awesome experience!  I will definitely be back.

I have been going to Car Toys for over 4 years now for many different things and they have always had great customer service, particularly the North Seattle Location. Joe, the manager patiently listened to our concerns regarding our car sound system front driver side speaker not working anymore. Joe helped us fix our car sound system with a very reasonable price! He also took time to educate us on how we can prevent our speakers from blowing out so soon in the future. Joe is approachable, welcoming, and also very knowledgeable at his work!

This is the place to get it done!! I came to North Seattle car toys yesterday because of an issue I have with my remote start that was installed few days ago at Lynnwood location, Joe the store manager was extremely helpful I could not believe how friendly and helpful he was. He and the installer took the time and trouble to do what they could. 	 	
I would give their customer service here a 5+ star rating.They will definitely be getting all my future business and I would recommend them without hesitation .

Bought some nice Focal speakers but hate the fact that I was being told to sign up for a credit card with not once being told it was a credit card. It was played out as a "payment plan" when in reality it was a credit card. I was only told it was a credit card after I saw the form and questioned the person about it.

That is essential information to tell a customer. I worked retail and I understand the pressures of the company wanting more credit card sign ups but not letting me know beforehand just makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Good customer friendly store. The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were busy everytime I went in and I got bounced around sales associates but a positive experience overall. I'll be heading back to replace my door speakers eventually.
