I have been going to this car x for about 10 years for the most part GREAT service... for some reason every time they get a good manager it seems to only last about a year or two... but I have stayed faithful and loyal ... so I had not really had much work done there since the last manager his name was Matt he was awesome... then they got some guy that wasn't very good I dont know his name... and some time went by and I needed some brakes in a bad way and this granite city location is close to my work so I stopped in to check it out and it was like a breath of fresh air... the guy there was extremely friendly and good price and got the work done about an hour... pretty sure his name tag said DERRICK... Any way I have been back 3 times since then and could not be more happy I am even gonna take my daughter's car there and my 70 year old mom's car there... so THANK YOU SO MUCH Derrick and crew ... by far BEST MANAGEMENT AND CREW in the 10 years I have been going... makes car repair HOPEFUL instead of dreadful...😊

I have taken several of my automobiles to this Car X in Granite city. The work is always done quickly, efficiently and without error. There is a  Man there by the name of Derrick. He has given me the best auto care service ever! His commitment to superior service, quality,value and a clean atmosphere set the standard for automobile repair shops.  I have sent many of my friends to this particular shop because of Derrick’s commitment to customer service. I greatly appreciate the way that I am treated. Derrick should be given recognition for the way that he represents his company .

First time Car x customer. Background: I'm from St Louis, and my girlfriend is here in Granite City. I had my serpentine belt break on me because of my power steering. The crew has been nothing but accommodating and fair to me. When a part was way more than we thought, they worked with me to get it done and paid for within my budget. At this location, they treat you like a human being, and explain everything to you. They make the Car x brand somewhere where I want to take my car in the future

I have nothing but a great experience to talk about carx.  They treated me very well. Jeff explain ed everything to me about my car and what it needed. Showed me so I understood everything. Worked with me on pricing so I could afford it and had it done in a timely manner. I was beyond impressed with their shop. The mechanics did a great job. They are all curtious and kind and made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I was very impressed with how the business is ran. I will definitely recommend that anyone take their car there. They will not be disappointed and Jeff hosier is a great manager. He knows what he is doing. And does his job well. You can tell that he cares about his customers and wants to help and make people happy. Thanks for everything.

I would just like to say that they're over at Granite City Daryl has pulled me out of more than one Jam in the last year-and-a-half I thought that needed to be noted thanks to Car-X you guys are great
