Very friendly and accomodating staff who know how to handle insurance and customers in a compassionate way.  They offer rides home or assistance with car rentals as needed when you drop off your vehicle. If you are waiting for any reason they offer water, coffee, or hot chocolate. They do not use high pressure sales tactics and allow you to get other estimates as desired. This hometown business has earned my respect through its high quality service and its dedication to the local community through its help with the boy scouts car washes.

Text message updates are rare for companies today, but they CARSTAR uses it and it's a very convenient way of keeping you up to date. They didn't  hesitate to pick up the phone and call me to keep me informed on my vehicle during the process either which showed me that they have very strong communication skills. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member any day.

Very accomidating. My car was involved in an accident and they got it on Monday and had it done by Friday. Took care of returning rental car. Have take cars there several times throughout many years probably the last 50 years.
