I was going to write long review but I don't really wanna spend time on this people. It is just my obligation as your colleague to let you know that, never ever ever go this place.  If you need more explanation I can show you estimates what they gave me their charge and how much later I actually spend in Volvo Dealership. Was much more better customer service experience and much more cheaper. I usually don't go to dealership because of price, but after seeing this people I guess I ll always consider that.

Great mechanic shop for large tractor trailers. We have used this company on several occasions, from large Mac trucks, to a small ford diesel. They have even provided my company with custom fabrication. Very good customer service, highly recommended.

KB has always been good to me, fix my truck in a timely manner and always keep the communication likes open! If I've ever had a question or problem they've always taken the time to help! They aren't just parts changers and actually diagnose the problem unlike the corporate big shops!  I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the trucking industry, and will continue to take my trucks there for quick and honest repair!

Technician was friendly, however I feel like K&B ripped us off. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. We definitely will not be back under any circumstance.
