Dr Carbiener is amazing. She's kind, caring but she's also amazingly competent. Since I'm not an MD - I can only judge her competence by the fact that she "discovered" a condition missed by at least 6 other doctors over the past 8 years. Her recommendation was surgery - which went extremely well. She is a skilled surgeon and her reputation at the hospital is stellar. Sometimes you wait at an OB/GYN office - because we all know that babies don't wait until it's "convenient" to arrive (or sleep - or eat - or anything else for that matter). Overall - any time spent in the waiting room is worth it because I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Carbiner is the best obgyn!! She's very genuine and great at what she does. I highly recomend her to anyone seeking excellent care.

The doctors and team at Halifax OBGYN are fantastic! Dr. Carbiener never stops giving back to the community and the entire staff are caring and professional! I give them 5 BIG stars!

I have full trust in the Halifax OB Gyn center where my doctor Pamela Carbiener works. The staff is very nice, the office is very clean and welcoming. There have only been a few times where the wait time was too long, but understandable when emergency arise. I feel very comfortable having my baby with the doctors in this office. Thanks!
