All I can say that at the end of my visit with Dr Vera I started crying... He asked if I was okay and if anything was wrong? I told him in all the years I've seen many doctors I've never been examined as thorough as he did that day. He asked me all kinds of questions and ordered lots of blood work. I got very emotional. I'm ever so grateful and thankful for him.

My first visit went over quedtions ( by Dr. Vera) no opportunity to ask any, when attemted was dismissed and he walked away. Second visit : Went over the same questions giving me the impression he did not read the history or my file. When reminded of this not being my first visit, Dr. Vera appeared to be offended by this reminder, walked away. I was left in the room confused with no answers. This Dr. Has to much of a big ego with no respect with no regard to my health. I left in tears don't know what i did wrong.

I love dr.vera & all of his staff. People complain about the wait but don’t realize the doctor & staff are taking time with the patients! If you want to treated like a number quickly, go to urgent care!

bad office they will ruin your credit and never send you a bill. every time i had an appointment i paid at that time what i owed and got no further bills but now have 2 bad debts on my credit from them and called to straighten it out and was told that their billing company hadnt been submitting things to clients accounts. Dr vera had too many patients he cant even remember who they are but his fill in doctor Dr Casanova was great too bad he no longer works there

I am just so disappointed at this point. I have been a patient of Dr. Vera's for 5yrs now. Dealing with their staff and unbelievable wait time (2+ hours) is a never ending battle. My latest issue came when they just rescheduled my appointment without letting me know. I drive 40min to get there for an appointment that they changed with out my knowledge, not to mention the babysitter and gas I have now wasted as a result. This is one of many, many problems I have dealt with in my years with them. My sister and father have also dealt with problem after problem. I have always really liked Dr. Vera, but I can't deal with their lack of competency any more. They have a new management company now too who has been impossible to deal with. They charged my co-pay incorrectly and when I went for my appointment to ask about it, they said there was no issue. Next thing I know I'm getting a letter in the mail saying if I don't pay this $10 dollars I owe, they're sending me to collections! I am done with this nonsense. For this and many, many other past issues too long to write, I would not recommend this office to anyone.
