Today, my girlfriend and I walked into Care A Lot looking for carrying crates for both of our cats as we are traveling tomorrow and wanted something low cost. After searching for a while and coming up short handed, Misty, the store manager came to the rescue. Not only was she amazingly helpful, she also provided much needed advice and even stood with us a while to converse. She was amazingly helpful and even saved us some money! We'll definitely be shopping here in the future for any of our pet's needs! Thank you again, Misty!

Staff was very attentive to the fact that I looked completely lost in finding what it was I was set out to find while there. In this case, a dog shampoo that would help my Chihuahua's itchy, yet highly sensitive skin. Unfortunately, it was just luck that I found something that seems to be suitable to the time being, not a knowledgeable employee. The employees, however, are not at fault for this as they had excellent customer service skills and were very proactive in trying to find solutions to my issue. This is the fault of upper management and lack of knowledge training given to their employees upon hiring. I feel for them, honestly, because the store's product selection surpasses PetSmart's by a mile so they have the potential to be a great store. Unfortunately, having knowledge of the products for sale in the store you work in is imperative.

Their aquatics section rocks and there are two employees specifically that just stand out for exemplary service and knowledge. The dog trainings are passionate about their positions..their trade. It's reassuring. The front end is charming and sweet. They claim this is the worst of the three but I actually drive farther to come here over Indian River. Oyster Point just seems like they enjoy their job

This Pet shop is well supplied and the service I very good. Its not crowed and has a large selecting of dog/cat food. It also nice to visit the fish tanks when you go here.

This place is great. Free coffee in the morning is a nice touch. I was scared to drop off my puppy at first, but I didn't want her to not get socialized properly. The staff here is kind and professional and the grooming crew (Travis in particular) does a great job. Highly recommend this place.
