My dog loves the groomers! She was talking to some other pups but she came back nice and shiny (she's a big pup). She has an extra nail but that was no problem for Rebecca. Shelby in store is marvelous. Funny and is great with kids. Management is so patient and kind. Honestly!!! They are wonderful people.

Gave one star because I had to but I just had an awful experience. While walking my dog this morning at the golf course he broke his harness. The harness broke not because it wasn't a good product but because he chewed it. It was a good product and I wanted to replace it right away. I didn't even go home, I drove right to the store and waited for the store to open. I went in and looked for the harness. I didn't have my reading glasses with me and I couldn't find it. I went up to the front and asked a lady who I'm assuming is a manager because she wasn't in uniform to help me. She made it quite clear I was bothering her. She told me if it wasn't back there they didn't have it. I explained that I couldn't see well enough to find it. She rolled her eyes and said she'd send someone to help me. I told her not to bother and I left. Rude, rude, rude.

Very disorganized, I went for an interview, cleared my schedule and waited 40 minutes, then was told to comeback. I specifically asked if the position was still open because I didn't want them wasting anymore of my time....went on second interview and nothing. The place is small and they do not seem friendly at all

Friendly staff and good selections. The staff at Banfield are great too!
