The place was clean, as were the fish and isles.  But the reptiles looked hardly kept up as some of them looked sick and dying.  A few items were over priced but mostly everything was at an expected price.  I loved the fish set up though, looked great.  The tanks were clean and the fish were healthy.  Now I don't know if this was a good week, because I see some other people saying that they were not cleaned.  
The employees could be a bit nicer, as when I asked one about the fish, she simply shrugged and kept working.  Training may be needed for a select few employees.

There seems to always be something wrong with the checkout machine. It always takes forever to get checked out. Sometimes I give up and just leave. Employees are nice though.

Easy to find what we needed. Helpful and friendly staff.

Staff members were nice and very helpful and answered all my questions. Prices are high but comparable to other pet stores in the area. Would shop there again if needed.
