I've been going there for years, staff has always been friendly and helpful. Dr. Moon is a really good Doctor. I have never had a bad experience and don't think I ever will.

So far loving this place, they give you as much info as they can. This could be scare some people if they are not familiar with family history and/or tests you will get and what they are about during pregnancy. But Dr. Pirano  and all the nurses are very professional and willing to answer your questions if you have any. I got referred by my friend and I do thank her for that, my previous doc and staffs were very awkward toward me comepare to CareNet

I heard they USED to be good... DO NOT GO HERE! Something new gets screwed up/lost every time. Impersonal nurses who act like your questions are ruining their day. Office workers are lost, completely. No one has answers. No one cares. They mess up all test results and then call you and act like you're baby is going to die.. I can literally go on about our horror stories, but I will save them.. Just please heed my advice and go somewhere else. Your health, mental peace, and well being depends on it. I would give them a 0 but that isn't an option. Leaving Carenet after 27 weeks of horrible service.

i had the most horrible experience with DR Beatrice Tsao she has no pleasant patient manner at all very impersonable and wanted nothing to do with any questions I had or anything I had to say I will not be returning
