I had to come here and pay a co-pay to be fitted for a diaphragm that was outdated, and one I did not want.  They told me to come to the clinic so they can fit me for a diaphragm. I called to make an appointment for the Caya diaphragm. At the clinic,  I was asked a ton of personal questions and had to pee in a cup and wait for the practitioner.  She came into the room with the old fashioned diaphrams.  I assumed they knew it was for Caya since I said this over the phone. Turns out, the new Caya diaphragm was not known to this clinic.  So basically I wasted my time.  Many women are going hormone-free and PP needs to know what is out there.
