Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Chakraborty was friendly and spent a lot of time with me. He helped me by answering all my questions. The building was clean and very open so you could move around and see all the different specialists departments easily. I was very impressed.

Pros: Professional medical staff. Nice, clean building. Cons: Incapable of working with insurance. Inflexible new-patient policy. I wanted to set up a primary care physician and my insurance allows for routine visits and physical exams, but for this office, the first visit a patient makes must be billed as non-routine and cannot be an annual physical exam. This means that I was billed a couple hundred dollars for a visit during which I only told the PA my medical history and only basic vitals were taken. I would have had to schedule a second visit to update vaccines and get an actual exam, and I would have had to go to a separate office entirely to have blood drawn because they were unable to do that in-office. I spoke with the office about my insurance concerns when I scheduled my appointment, and I spoke with them after I received the bill. Neither time was helpful.

Horrible place. Doesn't even deserve one star. I was a longtime patient here. Since I was a teen, I saw CCP. My doctor left to practice and I saw a new doctor. Yet I HAD to switch. I became very sick with a chronic illness (over 3 years now.) My healthy life drastically changed. It got to the point where my blood pressure would skyrocket & I left in tears multiple times. Doctor would rush & talk down to me while feeling ghastly. After a blood panel (not a full panel) & no discussion of panel, I asked about seeing a specialist. I was refused referral with anger coming from the doctor. I sought specialist anyways and have been hospitalized multiple times. After a decade, I made a decision to move to another practice. I am realizing that my experience at community care lowered my standards and trust. I became nervous when I had to see any doctor. When a longtime patient sees an office because of an adrupt health change, stress shouldn't become compounded because of a doctors behavior or decisions. Also? That panel? Numbers were odd and no one said anything. I LOVE my new practice. I leave with smile on my face regardless of how sick I feel. I feel better just knowing my doctor takes his time reviewing things with me. He also orders tests plus additional testing to rule out concerns. I never feel guilty for having an illness. I am treated like a human and not a condition. Oh? My blood pressure? PERFECT!
